At House Call, we will provide the forms you'll need to make sure that you've taken care of this very necessary component of your healthcare.
Simply Put: Having an Advanced Directive is: making sure the people arround you KNOW WHAT YOUR WISHES ARE...in the event that you are unable to speak.
What will happen to you if you should stop breathing, have a heart attack, a terrible fall or a stroke?
We know that thinking of such extreme medical emergencies can be frightening, if not terrifying, but the empowered patient must think about such things and leave clear and concise written instructions for their Doctor and/or family members to know what to do.

Some House Call practices NEVER send a doctor to see patients. That means that they simply CALL themselves House Call doctors. In addition to sending highly trained NPs...we actually send Doctors to our patients' homes.
We also work closely with Home Health, Durable Medical Equipment and Hospice companies across the Gulf Coast. We offer Assisted Living, Nursing Home and Rehab Center admissions assistance to the facility of your choice.
