Annual Check Up (Insured Patients)

Service Description

This physical exam is usually scheduled during the early part of the year. Patients get a physical exam, a review of medications and assistance with DME orders as some of the items offered with our Annual Wellness Exam. You do not have to be sick to schedule this visit, this is a preventive screen. Having a wellness visit does not then place you "on service" with House Calls, you will need to enroll and be evaluated for service.
