Service Description

Some patients recover from bed-bound status, or are never in need of House Call Visits, but want House Call Family Medicine to be their Primary Care Providers. We welcome patients to our office and will provide complete evaluation and management services that we will bill to insurance or charge a minimal fee for cash pay patients. *Medicaid Patients pay $3.90 for the co-pay. THIS TYPE OF VISIT IS FOR ESTABLISHED PATIENTS ONLY. New patients can not expect to be seen by requesting visits throught this site.
